Requirements
- •Operational rigor of a finance person
- •Technical mindset of an IT person
- •Commercial empathy of a Sales Leader
- •7–10+ years of experience in operations
- •3–5 years experience in B2B SaaS
- •Understanding of recurring revenue dynamics
- •Scaling experience from 10M to 50M ARR
- •Experience supporting Sales, Marketing and Success
- •Certified Salesforce, HubSpot or comparable knowledge
- •Experience with Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI
- •Experience with ZoomInfo, Clay, or Apollo
- •Experience with Gong, Clari, or Outreach
- •Strong grasp of Excel or Google Sheets
- •Drive, coachability, EQ, IQ, and integrity

Tasks
- •Partner with the CRO and CFO to set quotas
- •Define territories and build the capacity model
- •Map the customer journey for seamless departmental transitions
- •Design incentive plans to drive strategic behaviors
- •Build and maintain a predictable revenue forecast
- •Monitor core SaaS metrics
- •Prepare data visualizations and reports for executive leadership
- •Oversee the Deal Desk for contract and pricing approvals
- •Maintain CRM hygiene and development in Salesforce
- •Manage the sales tech stack to ensure ROI
- •Build workflows to automate manual tasks
- •Leverage AI to increase operational efficiency
- •Lead a team of five revenue operations professionals
