- •Skills in SQL, Excel, and BI platforms
- •Experience with AI-assisted analytics tools
- •Experience with high-volume transactional sales cycles
- •Structured approach to problem-solving and prioritization
- •Excellent collaboration and process adherence skills
- •Project management skills for technical initiatives
- •Ability to thrive in ambiguity and ownership
- •Fluency in English and German
- •Experience with Dealhub, Chargebee, and Subskribe
- •Experience in SaaS industries
- •Experience supporting regional or global sales
- •Ability to work with data automation tools

- •Audit and refine HubSpot workflows
- •Shorten deal cycles and standardize qualification
- •Map the end-to-end Lead-to-Cash process
- •Maintain advanced funnel performance dashboards
- •Track volume, velocity, and conversion rates
- •Manage CRM data integrity and enrichment
- •Develop reports in HubSpot and Power BI
- •Provide insights on revenue and sales performance
- •Align sales forecasts with Finance teams
- •Harmonize workflows across Sales and Marketing
- •Design KPI monitoring and coaching tools
- •Support the Sales Tech stack usage
- •Deploy new GTM automations and integrations
- •Maintain data hygiene and forecast accuracy
- •Advise leadership on GTM data strategy
