Requirements
- •Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, information technology, or related field
- •8+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or related role
- •Minimum 3+ years of direct people management experience
- •Expert-level experience with HubSpot platform
- •Deep experience with CRM systems, Salesforce preferred
- •Proven track record of managing a complex B2B MarTech stack
- •Strategic mindset to translate business objectives into technical roadmap
- •Excellent analytical skills and passion for data-driven decisions
- •Strong project management skills in a fast-paced environment
- •Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, fluent in English

Tasks
- •Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing automation team
- •Develop and own the strategic roadmap for the HubSpot technology stack
- •Act as a strategic partner to marketing and sales leadership
- •Manage vendor relationships and budgets for marketing technology platforms
- •Architect and optimize the technology stack for demand generation and ABM
- •Serve as the primary HubSpot system owner and expert
- •Select and manage tools that connect to HubSpot
- •Manage data synchronization between HubSpot and Salesforce
- •Guide the team in activating multi-channel campaigns
- •Oversee the design and execution of automation programs for the customer lifecycle
- •Establish marketing operations best practices and governance
- •Own marketing reporting systems and establish KPIs
- •Translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders
- •Champion a data-first culture within the marketing team
