Senior Marketing Operations Specialist(m/w/x)
Optimizing MarTech stack and building performance dashboards at an all-in-one investigation platform. 3+ years B2B SaaS MarTech stack management, Salesforce/Pardot expertise required. Supported language courses, company pension scheme, mental health support.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar roles in B2B SaaS
- Strong experience with Salesforce and Pardot or other CRM/Marketing Automation platforms
- Deep understanding of marketing funnels, lifecycle tracking, attribution, and lead scoring
- Experience building dashboards and performance reports using tools like Salesforce, Looker Studio, or similar
- Comfort working with data (Excel, basic SQL, or analytics platforms) to derive insights
- Self-starter with a builder mindset—eager to establish processes and systems from scratch
- Familiarity with freemium and PLG motions, webshop/eCommerce funnels, and enterprise sales journeys
- Experience working in cyber intelligence, SaaS, or other data-driven environments
- Knowledge of privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
Tasks
- Own and optimize the MarTech stack
- Evaluate new tools for the evolving tech stack
- Build and maintain dashboards to track campaign performance
- Monitor lead funnel metrics and customer conversion
- Support product-led growth strategies in marketing and sales
- Develop scoring models and segmentation strategies
- Manage lifecycle workflows based on user behavior
- Automate campaign assets like email nurtures and landing pages
- Implement data governance best practices
- Ensure GDPR compliance and lead source attribution
- Collaborate with Marketing, RevOps, and Sales teams
- Improve lead handoff and pipeline acceleration
- Align processes between Marketing and Sales
