Requirements
- •3+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar roles in B2B SaaS
- •Strong experience with Salesforce and Pardot or other CRM/Marketing Automation platforms
- •Deep understanding of marketing funnels, lifecycle tracking, attribution, and lead scoring
- •Experience building dashboards and performance reports using tools like Salesforce, Looker Studio, or similar
- •Comfort working with data (Excel, basic SQL, or analytics platforms) to derive insights
- •Self-starter with a builder mindset—eager to establish processes and systems from scratch
- •Familiarity with freemium and PLG motions, webshop/eCommerce funnels, and enterprise sales journeys
- •Experience working in cyber intelligence, SaaS, or other data-driven environments
- •Knowledge of privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)

- •Own and optimize the MarTech stack
- •Evaluate new tools for the evolving tech stack
- •Build and maintain dashboards to track campaign performance
- •Monitor lead funnel metrics and customer conversion
- •Support product-led growth strategies in marketing and sales
- •Develop scoring models and segmentation strategies
- •Manage lifecycle workflows based on user behavior
- •Automate campaign assets like email nurtures and landing pages
- •Implement data governance best practices
- •Ensure GDPR compliance and lead source attribution
- •Collaborate with Marketing, RevOps, and Sales teams
- •Improve lead handoff and pipeline acceleration
- •Align processes between Marketing and Sales
