  • At least 5 years of experience in Growth, Demand Gen, or Performance Marketing
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Experience with email and CRM marketing (HubSpot)
  • Data-driven decision-making and improvement of tracking, dashboards, and reporting
  • Empathy with target audience and ability to translate insights into campaigns
  • Curiosity, willingness to learn, and desire to take ownership
  • Clear communication in English and German

  • Own the Marketing CRM and automate email flows

  • Create and optimize targeted landing pages
  • Experiment with messaging, content, and CTAs
  • Identify and address funnel leaks to boost conversion rates
  • Develop hypotheses and run structured tests
  • Analyze results using Google Analytics 4
  • Scale successful measures across channels
  • Refine ICP and personas in collaboration with Sales
  • Support target account strategies and ABM campaigns
  • Introduce new marketing tools and approaches
  • Improve processes and collaborate with freelancers or agencies
