UX / UI Designer(m/w/x)

Requirements

• 4-7+ years experience in UX Design, Product Design, or related fields
• Strong portfolio: problem-solving, systems thinking, measurable impact
• Solid understanding of UX methodologies and usability principles
• Proficiency in Figma design and prototyping
• Experience collaborating in agile product teams
• Ability to translate Jira tickets into user-centered solutions
• Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles
• Familiarity with design systems and scalable product thinking
• Structured, proactive, ownership, stakeholder presentation skills
• Fluent English

Tasks

• Lead end-to-end UX processes from discovery to delivery
• Conduct UXR interviews, usability tests, surveys, and workshops
• Translate research insights into personas, journey maps, flows, and experience principles
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Design complex user flows for web and mobile applications
• Collaborate with product trios (PO, RE, UX)
• Contribute to and evolve our design systems
• Validate concepts with the testing team
• Iterate on concepts based on findings
• Advocate for user-centered thinking across the organization
• Support junior designers
