Tasks
- Lead end-to-end UX processes from discovery to delivery
- Evaluate our UXR consisting of interviews, usability testing, surveys, workshops
- Translate research insights into personas, journey maps, flows, and experience principles
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Design complex user flows for web and mobile applications
- Collaborate closely with our product trios consisting of PO, RE, and UX
- Contribute to and evolve our design systems
- Validate concepts through our testing team and iterate based on findings
- Advocate for user-centered thinking across the organization
- Support junior designers
