Product Designer(m/w/x)

Description

You will shape intuitive user experiences by evolving a scalable design system and translating complex ideas into polished UI, while collaborating across teams to validate every solution.

Requirements

• •University degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• •3–5 years of experience in UX/Product Design
• •Experience in financial services or trading environment
• •Knowledge of financial products
• •Strong background in web and mobile design
• •Experience with complex data visualization
• •Hands-on experience with design systems
• •Experience in inclusive design and accessibility
• •Knowledge of localization and universal design principles
• •Proficiency in Figma, Miro, and Sketch
• •Experience with rapid prototyping tools
• •Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
• •Experience with UX research and usability testing
• •Experience in early-stage or strategic product phases
• •Very good written and spoken English
• •Confident use of common Office applications

Tasks

• •Create high-fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypes
• •Translate wireframes into polished digital experiences
• •Evolve the scalable design system for consistency
• •Communicate design specifications to development teams
• •Support qualitative and quantitative user research
• •Validate design solutions based on user insights
• •Evaluate feature performance through measurement plans
• •Collaborate with product, IT, and marketing stakeholders
• •Balance feedback throughout various design iterations
• •Provide constructive feedback on peer design work
