Requirements
- •High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- •U.S. Citizenship
- •SOFA/Command-Sponsored status as a dependent of an Active-Duty Service Member, DoD employee, or U.S. Contractor
- •Eligibility for ADP IT III clearance (Non-Sensitive Position, Tier 1)
- •3+ years of customer service experience
- •Fluency in English with strong written and oral communication
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- •Effectiveness in delivering presentations
- •Ability to communicate tactfully with others
- •Self-starter with ability to work independently
- •Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- •High attention to detail
- •Familiarity with TRICARE Overseas Program, DEERS, DOES, and MHS Genesis
- •Work background in U.S. military healthcare delivery or civilian managed care

- •Process enrollments, disenrollments, and portability transfers
- •Update Primary Care Managers following MTF guidelines
- •Provide guidance on TRICARE resources and benefits
- •Assist beneficiaries with enrollment and claims inquiries
- •Offer basic claims status updates and support
- •Lead informational briefings for various events
- •Collect and record daily activities and OHI information
- •Evaluate assistance needs and escalate complex issues
- •Comply with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality
- •Complete required training courses on time
- •Assist with remote support and train new team members
