- •3–5 years of hospitality systems experience
- •Bachelor’s degree in related field (preferred)
- •Experience developing and delivering training materials
- •Ability to manage training rollouts
- •Deep hands-on knowledge of SynXis CRS
- •Familiarity with hospitality systems (beneficial)
- •Excellent communication and presentation skills
- •Ability to explain complex processes clearly
- •Strong customer-service orientation and patience
- •High cultural awareness and global teamwork
- •Skill in storytelling and real-case scenarios
- •Experience in hotels or distribution teams
- •Excellent English
- •Willingness to travel for onsite training
- •Flexibility to work across time zones

- •Design and deliver global system training programs
- •Conduct webinars and in-person training sessions
- •Develop structured learning paths and eLearning modules
- •Produce manuals, SOPs, and video tutorials
- •Update content based on system enhancements
- •Identify usage gaps and configuration issues
- •Provide training to improve revenue impact
- •Collaborate with revenue and product teams
- •Monitor training attendance and adoption metrics
- •Report measurable improvements to leadership
- •Manage onboarding journeys for new properties
- •Maintain version control and global training standards
