Requirements

  • •3+ years’ experience in L&D, leadership development, or related fields
  • •Expertise in leadership development, learning methodologies, facilitation, and stakeholder management
  • •Strong understanding of change management and organizational transformation
  • •Experience with HR service platforms (Workday desirable), LMS, and e-learning tools
  • •Solid awareness of digital and learning technologies
  • •High credibility, strong emotional intelligence, and an inclusive mindset
  • •Confident presence in classroom and virtual training environments
  • •Curiosity, creativity, and innovation with a passion for learning
  • •Collaborative team player with excellent relationship-building and influencing skills
  • •Fluency in English; additional languages such as German, Dutch, or French advantageous
  • •Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe

  • •Drive strategic initiatives in leadership, customer, and change management
  • •Identify training needs as a strategic business partner
  • •Design and deliver leadership development programs for first- and second-line leaders
  • •Implement onboarding and development programs for tenured employees
  • •Apply a 'Train the Trainer' approach for scalable program delivery
  • •Develop customer service training aligned with brand standards
  • •Create and facilitate change management workshops for leaders
  • •Build modular training solutions that combine theory and practical tools
  • •Support talent and performance initiatives with employee reviews and development programs
