- At least three years of experience in hotel revenue management
- Strong understanding of pricing strategies, demand patterns, and revenue optimization techniques
- Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting tools, and market performance evaluation
- Ability to effectively communicate revenue strategies across multiple departments
Tasks
- Develop and implement strategic direction for hotel revenue
- Maximize room revenue through focused strategies
- Prepare daily forecasts and budgets for optimal revenue
- Make tactical decisions on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Establish and monitor pricing matrix based on market insights
- Ensure accurate representation across all distribution channels
- Oversee room inventory in alignment with revenue strategies
- Communicate 'need' periods to Sales & Marketing
- Analyze results based on budgets, forecasts, and market share reports
- Provide strategic commentary and recommendations
- Collaborate with other departments on group rate quotations
- Communicate strategies, tactics, results, and emerging trends
