Territory Manager ENT(m/w/x)
Promoting and selling ENT medical devices to healthcare providers. University degree and 2+ years in endoscopy sales required. Company car for private use, 6 weeks vacation.
Requirements
- University degree
- At least 2 years of experience in diagnostic and surgical endoscopy environment
- Proven success in medical equipment sales
- Good knowledge of medical sector, particularly ENT
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting customer relationships
- Proactive and customer-oriented approach
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong technical aptitude
- Accuracy, reliability, and excellent organizational skills
- Initiative, commitment, independence, and high self-motivation
- Strong drive to succeed and achieve business goals
- Category B driving license
Tasks
- Establish and develop long-term customer relationships
- Promote and sell medical products in assigned territory
- Identify sales opportunities and acquire new customers
- Develop business with existing accounts
- Prepare commercial offers and sales proposals
- Negotiate with customers
- Present products during medical procedures
- Train medical personnel on device use
- Organize conferences, congresses, and workshops
- Support customer training sessions
- Collaborate with other departments for high-quality service
- Perform post-sale equipment installation
- Work with internal sales, marketing, and technical teams
- Provide training and educational materials
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Use CRM tools to report sales activities
- Report market trends and customer feedback
