  • Define a business plan to drive target achievement
  • Analyze market dynamics and historic performance
  • Evaluate and prepare strategic account plans for assigned accounts
  • Create value messaging and target key steps for account execution
  • Leverage the extended team for impactful engagement
  • Engage with customer C-level executives to understand their goals
  • Develop measurable outcome propositions with decision makers
  • Manage accounts through the entire sales process
  • Deliver accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly business forecasts
  • Collaborate with channel partners to drive new revenue
  • Provide regular customer feedback to product and marketing teams
  • Negotiate deals and contracts at various levels within accounts
  • Generate new business by developing leads and expanding accounts
  • Sell complex service engagements and seek alternative solutions
  • Act as a Trusted Adviser for customers to identify win/win situations
  • Help develop success reference stories for customers and the company
