Tasks
- Define a business plan to drive target achievement
- Analyze market dynamics and historic performance
- Evaluate and prepare strategic account plans for assigned accounts
- Create value messaging and target key steps for account execution
- Leverage the extended team for impactful engagement
- Engage with customer C-level executives to understand their goals
- Develop measurable outcome propositions with decision makers
- Manage accounts through the entire sales process
- Deliver accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly business forecasts
- Collaborate with channel partners to drive new revenue
- Provide regular customer feedback to product and marketing teams
- Negotiate deals and contracts at various levels within accounts
- Generate new business by developing leads and expanding accounts
- Sell complex service engagements and seek alternative solutions
- Act as a Trusted Adviser for customers to identify win/win situations
- Help develop success reference stories for customers and the company
