Requirements
- •University degree or vocational training in a commercial field or equivalent
- •Profound recruiting experience
- •Experience recruiting for international positions
- •Strong client relationship, negotiation, and consulting skills
- •Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- •Ability to coach others on behavior-based interviewing skills
- •Fluency in German and English
- •Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich BWL, Personal, Management oder Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich
- •Fundierte Erfahrung im Recruiting
- •Erfahrung in der Rekrutierung für internationale Positionen
- •Fundierte Expertise in der Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen sowie in Verhandlungsführung und Beratung
- •Hervorragende Kommunikations-, Organisations- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten
- •Fähigkeit, unsere Hiring Manager in verhaltensbasierten Interviewtechniken zu schulen
- •Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

- •Source candidates creatively using various methods
- •Experiment with new approaches to find team members

- •Coach hiring managers on best practices and expectations
- •Continuously improve the recruiting process
- •Ensure hiring managers are trained on the recruiting process
- •Utilize the ATS consistently for accurate data capture
- •Own high-impact areas and special projects within the team
- •Strategically plan and execute to enhance recruiting outcomes
