  • •Fluency in English and German
  • •Strong analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
  • •Basic technical knowledge in databases, programming, and network technology
  • •Ability to familiarize with complex software applications
  • •Knowledge of SAP applications and business processes
  • •Analytical and solution-oriented problem-solving approach
  • •Proven track record in customer-facing support role
  • •Experience with QA/automation testing tools (optional)
