Technical Support Specialist (Programmatic)(m/w/x)

Requirements

• College diploma or university degree in an IT-related field, or equivalent experience
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Other languages a plus
• 2+ years in Senior/Second-level Support, DataOps, SRE, SysAdmin, or Technical Business Analyst role
• Impeccable customer service skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to think outside the box
• Strong proficiency in SQL (complex queries)
• Strong proficiency in REST APIs
• Solid understanding of Linux
• Solid understanding of Database concepts
• Deep understanding of data structures & algorithms
• Ability to code (asset)
• Experience with cloud solutions (preferred)
• Familiarity with HTML/JavaScript (preferred)
• Ability to work remotely in a secluded setting
• Ability to collaborate virtually
• Experience in Programmatic Advertising (asset, not required)
