Tasks

  • Analyze recurring technical issues and escalate critical cases
  • Ensure correct application of warranty policies and procedures
  • Validate and implement warranty cases in CRM systems
  • Coordinate between service, call center, and quality teams
  • Prepare technical documentation and training materials
  • Provide technical leadership within the support team
  • Generate operational reports using CRM data and Excel
  • Deliver structured feedback for product and service improvements
