- Provide investigative capabilities for projects.

- Conduct background research on project needs.
- Identify prior solutions and relevant background.
- Liaise with R&D to identify key knowledge.
- Assess project feasibility and difficulty.
- Assist with experimental design and data collection.
- Support data analysis and presentation.
- Lead CoE-led application development projects.
- Recruit project team members.
- Organize project plans.
- Liaise with external project participants.
- Guide teams to project milestones.
- Run new product beta trials with regional teams.
- Deliver performance feedback to R&D.
- Collaborate on beta testing reports.
- Produce beta testing reports for commercialization.
- Participate in regional technical troubleshooting.
- Actively participate in global application development.
- Document all technical work.
- Provide data analysis for regional opportunities.
- Provide technical documentation for regional opportunities.
- Document application development limitations.
- Propose projects to the Product Group.
- Prepare project documentation packages.

- Coordinate new product development with R&D and Regional App Dev.
- Facilitate beta testing with regional teams.
- Prepare product documentation for launches.
- Interface with OEMs, Tiers, and key customers.
- Safeguard proprietary information.
- Understand customer-specific restrictions.
- Create and maintain internal technical training materials.
