- Expand technical capabilities across product lines.
- Conduct background research on project needs.
- Identify prior solutions to similar situations.
- Liaise with R&D for project knowledge.
- Assess application development request feasibility.
- Assist with experimental design and data collection.
- Assist with data analysis and presentation.
- Lead Application Development CoE projects.
- Recruit project team members.
- Organize project plans.
- Liaise with external project participants.
- Guide teams to project milestones.
- Run new product beta trials with regional teams.
- Provide R&D feedback on process performance.
- Collaborate on beta testing reports.
- Participate in regional technical troubleshooting.
- Actively participate in global application development.
- Document all technical work.
- Provide data analysis for regional opportunities.
- Provide technical documentation for regional opportunities.
- Document instances of insufficient application development.
- Propose projects to the Product Group.
- Prepare project documentation packages.

- Facilitate rapid progress into field testing.
- Facilitate beta stage new product testing with regional teams.
- Develop product documentation for new product launches.
- Interface with OEMs, Tiers, and key customers.
- Qualify new products for customer use.
- Safeguard MEIS proprietary information.
- Understand customer-specific restrictions and sensitivities.
- Create and maintain internal technical training materials.
