Requirements
- Commercial-technical training, ideally mechanical engineering
- Solid knowledge of mechanics/machine technology
- Experience in technical customer service
- Valid Class B driver’s license
- Willingness to travel globally
- Proficiency in standard IT systems
- Experience in SAP for master data and warehouse management

Tasks
- Act as primary technical contact for attaching machines, tools, and spare parts
- Provide support via phone and on-site
- Plan and calculate international service trips
- Execute scheduled and emergency service missions
- Perform on-site commissioning of machinery
- Conduct final technical inspections of machines before shipment
- Support Quality Management in handling technical complaints
- Plan and conduct technical training for internal and external partners
- Create technical data sheets and recommendation reports
- Coordinate deployment of international technicians
- Document global service reports
- Manage invoicing for machine rental contracts
- Maintain SAP master data for spare parts
- Manage spare parts warehouse, including procurement and inventory
- Issue internal production orders
Work Experience

Education
- Vocational certificationOR
- Bachelor's degree
Languages
- German – Native
- English – Native
- French – Basic
