Technical Sales & Support Manager(m/w/x)
Technical sales and support for bidirectional charging systems, overseeing acquisition to commissioning, integrating vehicle batteries into the power grid. Requirements
- University degree or several years of professional experience in electrical installation
- At least 3 years in charging and/or energy
- Experience with third-party hardware, ideally EV charging stations or energy management systems
- Strong communication and relevant technical skills
- Ability to focus on big picture and balance priorities
- Hands-on, proactive mindset and independent work style
- Fluency in German & English
Tasks
- Manage technical sales and support for bidirectional charging solutions
- Oversee acquisition, DSO applications, and installation phases
- Coordinate commissioning and ongoing operation of charging systems
- Manage technical interfaces with customers and internal teams
- Optimize support-ticketing and order processing workflows
- Monitor partner compliance with quality and response-time KPIs
- Provide remote diagnostics and configuration for end customers
- Initiate onsite services and provide technical guidance
- Train and guide team members to ensure delivery
- Handle customer support, complaints, and claims
- Drive process optimization within the charging business unit
