- Communicate lightweighting solutions to customers
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to sales, marketing, and customers
- Run technical sales conversations, including requirements and application engineering
- Conduct on-site demonstrations
- Assess customer CAD files and components for manufacturing feasibility
- Articulate trade-offs to engineering counterparts
- Manage technical proposals and RFQs
- Support the Head of Growth and CEO in negotiations and closing
- Travel to prospects and customers across DACH and Europe
- Translate customer requirements into clear technical briefs
- Channel customer feedback into product and process improvements
- Build the playbook for technical sales as the company scales
