- •Good understanding of computer systems and tech products
- •Basic knowledge of networking principles
- •Experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS and JIRA
- •Fluency in English and Italian or Spanish
- •Dedication to customer satisfaction
Work Experience
2 - 5 years
Tasks
- •Provide advanced technical voice support for all products
- •Maintain deep knowledge of all products and services
- •Configure and troubleshoot POS systems and printers
- •Set up and fix EFT terminals and networks
- •Identify and prioritize technical issues daily
- •Resolve problems independently and in a timely manner
- •Communicate effectively with customers and management
- •Address recurring technical issues and identify training needs
- •Engage with customers through direct calls
- •Work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
