  • 5+ years experience managing multinational projects with external stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience in customer consulting or technical account/service management
  • Solid understanding of POS-related technologies, transactional systems, EFT payment standards
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies, processes, tools
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills (business & technical)
  • Self-driven, organized, effective work in virtual/distributed teams
  • Fluent English (mandatory)
  • Working knowledge of POS retail systems or credit card industry (preferred)
  • Comfort diving into technical details

Tasks

  • Manage technical relationships with local merchants.
  • Guide merchants through Issuing Solutions integration projects.
  • Ensure high-quality delivery of TFS functionalities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for merchants and internal teams.
  • Oversee solution rollouts.
  • Support service delivery.
  • Embed integrations within Global Blue's framework.
  • Drive technical presales for local accounts.
  • Support commercial team with expertise and insights.
  • Coordinate with project managers for TFS implementation.
  • Deliver Issuing Solutions in compliance with standards.
  • Anchor and support deployed Issuing Solutions.
  • Act as the escalation point for Global Account technical issues.
  • Conduct review meetings with merchant IT managers.
  • Ensure alignment and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor BAU activities to maintain stability and quality.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize integrations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support merchant needs.
