- •Several years of experience in B2B field sales
- •Proven leadership experience in sales
- •Strong results orientation, strategic thinking, and decision-making ability
- •Very good German and good English skills
- •Confidence in using MS Office, CRM systems, and digital tools
- •High digital affinity; experience with AI tools such as Copilot or ChatGPT is an advantage

Tasks
- •Lead the Sales Managers Truck D‑A‑CH South both disciplinarily and professionally
- •Coach your team and support their development
- •Steer overall team performance
- •Conduct target-setting meetings and regular employee feedback discussions
- •Foster a performance-driven, trustworthy, and collaborative team culture
- •Implement the national sales strategy in the D‑A‑C‑H South region
- •Manage and execute national and regional sales and product campaigns
- •Focus on and prioritize key products like Fuel, Toll, Refund, TMS, Telematics, and E-Mobility
- •Collaborate closely with Customer Service, Partner Consulting, and Sales Management
- •Support strategic partner and customer meetings in your sales region
- •Assist Sales Managers in complex offer, contract, and pricing negotiations
- •Serve as the second point of contact for selected strategic key accounts
- •Participate in annual meetings and major customer projects
- •Take responsibility for forecasts, pipeline management, and KPI reporting
- •Monitor the market and competition, deriving concrete measures
- •Provide regular reporting to the Head of Sales Truck & Bus D‑A‑CH
