Tasks

  • Lead and develop global expert team for Process Manufacturing Systems
  • Drive global implementation and harmonization of Level-3 process automation systems
  • Hold functional and organizational responsibility for global templates
  • Support department leadership in digital process and platform development
  • Collaborate with company-wide digitalization initiatives
  • Manage budgets for global automation and technology rollout projects
  • Develop and refine roadmaps for factory automation and digital efficiency
  • Take global responsibility for template rollouts
  • Assess production sites for digital maturity and automation potential
  • Develop and standardize infrastructure and automation concepts
  • Ensure technical prerequisites for data storage and usage
  • Implement global IT/OT security policies
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and data integrity
  • Participate in relevant steering committees and working groups
  • Provide regular reporting and present new opportunities and projects
  • Document and communicate digital processes and standards

Work Experience

Education

  • Bachelor's degreeOR
