Requirements
- •MSc in Automation Engineering or equivalent qualification in mathematics or engineering
- •Extensive experience in a development environment with leadership experience
- •Experience in Automation of Biotechnology Equipment (e.g. ISA88)
- •Expertise in agile development methodologies
- •Analytical approach
- •Fluency in English and professional working proficiency in German
- •Experience working with teams from multiple cultures
- •Identification with Core Values: Sustainability, Openness, and Enjoyment

Tasks
- •Lead the global team for Automation Platform Development
- •Align and implement development methodologies with other software groups
- •Establish a development infrastructure for platform functionality across software products
- •Set up an efficient test infrastructure and define test procedures to minimize failures
- •Collaborate closely with all stakeholders of the Automation Platform
- •Stay updated on new technological developments and integrate them into the team's work
- •Drive global team utilization and setup
- •Promote open and integrative software platform development approaches
