Tasks
- Lead 2 teams: Key Account Management and Operations
- Coach and develop team members
- Support team tasks and promote individual strengths
- Take full revenue responsibility for marketplace partners
- Act as business owner for partner topics and projects
- Renegotiate terms and optimize processes
- Monitor and analyze performance KPIs
- Derive measures to increase revenue and performance
- Serve as link between Key Account, Operations, and other internal stakeholders
- Ensure efficient implementation of retail media activities
- Support complex requests from Key Account and Base partners
- Handle and support internal and external escalations
- Ensure quality in partner communication
- Implement campaigns effectively
