  • Renegotiate terms and optimize processes
  • Monitor and analyze performance KPIs
  • Derive measures to increase revenue and performance
  • Serve as link between Key Account, Operations, and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure efficient implementation of retail media activities
  • Support complex requests from Key Account and Base partners
  • Handle internal and external escalations
  • Maintain high-quality partner communication
  • Implement campaigns effectively
