Tasks

- Translate SaaS metrics into recommendations
- Lead accounting function
- Ensure financial close and statutory reporting
- Maintain HGB compliance
- Prepare board-level financial reports
- Develop KPI packages
- Contribute to financing rounds
- Support investor due diligence
- Drive adoption of modern financial tools
- Implement AI-powered workflows
- Lead and coach a team of two
- Set clear expectations for team
- Support team member growth
- Work directly with CEO
- Serve as primary contact for investors
- Collaborate with external auditors
