- •Understanding of German GAAP/IFRS and tax regulations
- •Proficiency with accounting, ERP systems, and Excel
- •Attention to detail and analytical mindset
- •Experience with process improvement and automation tools
- •Strong communication skills in English and German
- •Hands-on, ownership-driven attitude and independent prioritization
- •Intention to drive AI-augmented process efficiency

Tasks
- •Oversee daily financial operations and general ledger
- •Manage accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations
- •Lead the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
- •Drive the month-end closing process for timely delivery
- •Coordinate tax filings and liaise with external consultants
- •Ensure regulatory compliance and oversee payment runs
- •Manage liquidity planning and support cash flow forecasting
- •Collaborate on budgeting, planning, and variance analysis
- •Support debt financing activities with accurate data preparation
- •Implement process improvements and automation within finance
- •Handle finance-related inquiries and support audit processes
