- •Facilitate daily interactions and provide team training
- •Act as the escalation point for team members
- •Generate and present periodic management reports
- •Manage workload to ensure daily task completion
- •Implement and monitor continuous improvement initiatives
- •Ensure on-time product delivery at customer sites
- •Monitor product availability and capacity planning
- •Process deliveries and maintain order documentation
- •Collaborate with sales, production, warehouse, and export departments
- •Correspond daily with international colleagues
- •Participate in the company leadership program
