Tasks

  • Lead and inspire sales teams across multiple markets
  • Ensure consistent execution and high-quality client interactions
  • Act as a senior point of contact for complex client situations
  • Drive improvements in sales processes and client experience
  • Contribute to retention, upsell, and cross-sell initiatives
  • Support go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Marketing
  • Provide hands-on guidance in client conversations and objection handling
  • Manage incident escalation for complex cases
  • Monitor workload, capacity, and performance trends
  • Identify risks and opportunities for improvement
  • Coach and mentor team members through continuous feedback
  • Conduct performance reviews and lead by example
  • Design and implement quality control frameworks for sales calls
  • Ensure adherence to internal guidelines and regulatory requirements
  • Oversee customer fee change requests
  • Ensure correct application, documentation, and communication of fee changes
  • Build and maintain relationships with top-tier clients
  • Act as a senior escalation point for top-tier clients
  • Support the International Head of Marketing in commercial strategies
  • Deliver structured, data-driven reporting on sales performance
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects for international growth
