Requirements

  • Proven leadership of Inside tele-sales teams
  • Experience in fast-growing Tech or SaaS environment
  • Expertise in cold calling, objection handling, and closing deals
  • Expertise in short sales cycles
  • Familiarity with Unit Economics
  • Understanding of team performance impact on profitability
  • Leading by example
  • Willingness to demonstrate tasks
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRMs
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools
  • Fluent German (C1 level preferred)
  • Fluent English (C1 level preferred)
  • Resilience in fast-paced environments
  • Drive to continuously improve

Tasks

  • Manage and mentor a team of 8-10 Inside Sales Representatives
  • Drive individual growth through 1:1s, call shadowing, and feedback
  • Instill a culture of accountability and team success
  • Set and track ambitious KPIs for the team
  • Optimize conversion rates at every stage of the sales funnel
  • Ensure high levels of outbound calls and emails
  • Analyse team performance using CAC/LTV ratios and payback periods
  • Report metrics to the Head of Independent Partners
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the sales process
  • Implement tech-driven solutions to increase efficiency
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Ops for lead flow
  • Ensure seamless handover to Growth and Account Management teams
