Tasks
- Build and lead the Commercial Operations team
- Support the Global Commercial Team across functions
- Manage end-to-end operational tasks for commercial transactions
- Handle PPAs, power derivatives, and Guarantees of Origin
- Develop and implement scalable processes and systems
- Design governance structures for efficient PPA management
- Oversee contractual compliance and manage claims
- Support renegotiations with the Legal team
- Coordinate with external counterparties and internal teams
- Ensure regulatory reporting and GoO compliance
- Fulfill REMIT and GoO delivery requirements
- Establish reporting processes and performance tracking
- Monitor commercial outcomes and support decision-making
