Tasks
- Lead technical function in Asset Management
- Ensure high standards from O&M providers
- Manage technical KPIs and risk mitigation
- Build and lead technical competence center
- Integrate and strengthen solar know-how
- Define technical standards and KPIs
- Create governance frameworks for scalability
- Collaborate with local Technical Management
- Supervise O&M providers without daily execution
- Own annual production budgets and forecasts
- Conduct variance analysis and initiate corrective actions
- Evaluate and prioritize optimization projects
- Support technical assessments and business cases
- Lead technical due diligence for acquisitions
- Act as technical sparring partner for stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with technical and HSE requirements
