Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Commercial Operations, After Sales, Sales, or Services
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field
  • Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce), ERP systems (SAP), BI tools (Power BI), advanced Excel, and collaboration platforms (Teams, SharePoint)
  • Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, negotiation skills, and experience in data-driven decision-making and process improvement
  • Proven ability in change management, structured problem-solving, and effective communication with diverse global stakeholders
  • Fluent in English and German; additional languages are an advantage

Tasks

  • Lead and develop a team of 3–4 professionals
  • Ensure role clarity and performance management
  • Oversee LOA governance and tender support for cross-border opportunities
  • Identify and escalate risks in a timely manner
  • Implement global frameworks for Key Account Management
  • Drive market planning and product competitiveness
  • Track After Sales KPIs and service-contract pipeline
  • Provide forecasts and actionable insights to senior leadership
  • Serve as the main interface between global leadership and regional After Sales Directors
  • Ensure alignment and transparent communication across teams
  • Foster collaboration and best-practice sharing across regions
  • Accelerate deal velocity and deliver measurable business impact
