Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in Commercial Operations, After Sales, Sales, or Services within complex international environments
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field
  • Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce), ERP (SAP), BI (Power BI/SAC), advanced Excel, and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint)
  • Strengths in strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, process design, change management, executive stakeholder management, and cross-cultural communication
  • Core competencies in influence without authority, structured problem-solving, commercial acumen, governance & risk management, program management, and compelling storytelling
  • Fluency in English and German; additional languages are a plus

Tasks

  • Drive global After Sales KPI tracking
  • Maintain a live dashboard for performance metrics
  • Deliver variance analysis and gap-closure actions
  • Manage the service-contract pipeline across the fleet
  • Boost coverage, conversion, and renewal health
  • Forecast churn and revenue
  • Run scenario planning for long-term decisions
  • Monitor DSO and overdue accounts
  • Enforce contractual obligations using tailored toolkits
  • Oversee availability compensation and bonus outcomes
  • Classify root causes and support negotiations
  • Convert cases into product sales when possible
  • Elevate regional capability through training
  • Share best practices and conduct regular cross-regional syncs
  • Improve service-to-invoice timeliness and quality
