Tasks
- Support Business Unit management with administrative and organizational tasks
- Coordinate onboarding for new employees, including IT setup, workplace preparation, and safety briefings
- Plan and execute meetings, travel, customer visits, and events such as workshops and trainings
- Manage end-to-end event logistics, including coordination with external vendors
- Handle procurement of office and lab supplies, and general office administration
- Create and track PRs, POs, and invoices, ensuring compliance with financial processes (SAP/Ariba)
- Support safety, compliance, and documentation processes, including audits and safety systems
