- •Strong oral and written communication skills

- •Coordinate and execute Talent Development initiatives
- •Manage HR development offerings for Germany
- •Oversee financial, billing, and chargeback processes
- •Ensure administration of facilitations, trainings, and workshops
- •Partner with Business HR to identify learning and development needs
- •Provide tailored talent development and workshop solutions
- •Support Business HR with Executive Coaching and Development assessments
- •Accountable for onboarding programs, including New Employee Orientation
- •Collaborate with Business HR on program selection and communication
- •Partner with the works council on learning and development offerings
- •Execute and refresh Equity, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion strategy
- •Serve as Lead Coordinator for AbbVie Way Ambassadors
- •Manage culture surveys, including planning, execution, and reporting
- •Conduct data analysis for culture surveys in partnership with Business HR
- •Own HR communications and HR Portal content
- •Collaborate with Corporate Communications team for local HR support
