- Technical proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, Teamtailor)
- Strong analytical skills for recruitment data reporting
- Excellent English communication skills for candidate and leadership engagement
- Self-starter with high ownership and passion for people operations
Tasks
- Orchestrate end-to-end interview lifecycle
- Ensure world-class candidate experience
- Schedule interviews efficiently
- Communicate proactively with candidates
- Drive recruitment operational excellence
- Manage offer generation
- Handle internal approval workflows
- Maintain administrative documentation
- Optimize Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Ensure data integrity in ATS
- Maintain process efficiency in ATS
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners
- Manage high-volume recruitment pipelines
- Support various departments
- Handle global recruitment
- Generate hiring reports
- Analyze funnel health
- Track time-to-hire metrics
- Contribute to process improvement
- Identify automation opportunities
- Reduce recruitment friction
- Act as brand ambassador
- Reflect mission-driven culture
- Ensure excellence in candidate interactions
