Tasks
- Support end-to-end recruiting for product, engineering, and business roles
- Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers
- Facilitate smooth and accurate hiring processes
- Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to offer support
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and proactive outreach
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
- Assess candidate fit, motivation, and communication skills
- Coordinate interview scheduling and feedback collection
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS
- Ensure data quality and process consistency
- Support recruiting projects and process improvements
- Enhance candidate experience and employer branding
- Keep hiring operations organized and responsive
