Full-cycle recruitment for operational systems engineering in the space and defense sector. Minimum 3 years of project management and talent acquisition experience required. Group-wide scholarship programs and corporate volunteering opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or comparable field
- At least 3 years of project management experience
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or employment-related activities
- Advanced, in-depth knowledge of MS Office
- Experience with Workday (advantageous)
- Experience with Google Suite (advantageous)
- Business fluent German
- Business fluent English
Tasks
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle
- Facilitate a seamless hiring experience
- Partner with Hiring Managers and HRBPs
- Consult on market trends and recruitment practices
- Define sourcing strategies and social media channels
- Identify and attract active and passive talent
- Write attractive and diversity-friendly job adverts
- Approach candidates via LinkedIn and networking
- Maintain diverse talent pools for future needs
- Screen applications and assess candidates
- Conduct interviews and facilitate final selection
- Provide consistent feedback to candidates
- Represent the company at job fairs and events
- Promote the employer brand through networking
- Advocate for diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Execute strategic Talent Acquisition projects
- Optimize recruitment processes and candidate experience
- Facilitate workshops and training for hiring teams
- Provide guidance on inclusive recruitment practices
- Deliver results against established KPIs
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation
