- Lead talent acquisition processes across corporate roles
- Define and refine role requirements with hiring teams
- Search and source passive talent for key positions
- Work with stakeholders to deliver exceptional candidate experiences
- Pipeline potential talent through research and referrals
- Develop market research and insights for diversity initiatives
- Integrate assessment criteria from psychometric testing
- Manage strategic process improvement initiatives
- Provide accurate reporting and analysis of metrics
- Collaborate with a high-performing team to enhance outcomes
