- Experience in full recruitment process, preferably in Technology
- Familiarity with sourcing tools and ATS
- Curiosity about people and motivations
- Fit into agile and fast-paced company culture
- Experience supporting relocations (documentation, immigration)
- Good judgment of character
- Confidence in negotiations
- Ability to get to core reasons
- Fluent English
- German language (huge plus)
- University degree in technical or business subject
- Ability to work with contemporary AI tools
Tasks
- Conduct full-cycle recruitments
- Partner with hiring managers
- Compile job descriptions
- Advertise job openings
- Source candidates
- Screen and interview candidates
- Qualify and assess candidates
- Negotiate terms and conditions
- Prepare onboarding activities
- Input information into HRIS
- Provide payroll input
- Advise IT on equipment needs
- Train hiring managers
- Support relocation activities
- Implement employer branding initiatives
- Collaborate with marketing
- Participate in job fairs
- Contribute to recruitment development projects
- Improve assessment processes
- Enhance ATS functionality
