Requirements
- Several years of hands-on recruiting experience (in-house or agency)
- Strong active sourcing expertise to identify and engage passive candidates
- End-to-end recruiting process management independently
- Ability to evaluate candidates’ skills, motivation, and fit
- Organization and ownership to manage multiple vacancies
- Proactive and delivery-focused driving hiring outcomes
- Structured and reliable control across multiple processes
- Communicative and credible representation of MB Energy
- Relationship-oriented building strong partnerships
- Adaptable and insightful adjustment to different hiring needs
- Experience that adds value to the team
Tasks
- Manage recruitment processes from briefing to contract signature
- Create job ads and develop sourcing strategies
- Conduct interviews and manage offer processes
- Identify and engage passive candidates
- Build proactive talent pipelines for recurring and strategic hiring
- Ensure professional and timely candidate communication
- Represent MB Energy credibly in the market
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, Compensation & Benefits, and People Operations
- Build and maintain a strong talent pool for future needs
- Work with external recruitment partners
- Gather market insights
- Contribute to recruitment projects and materials
- Enhance talent intelligence
