Description

As a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in guiding the hiring process, from preparing contracts to analyzing partner inquiries. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve ensuring compliance, advising HR teams, and identifying areas for process improvement.

Requirements

• •Fluency in German and English
• •Legal authorization to work in Germany or Poland
• •4 year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
• •Minimum of two years of related experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources
• •Prior experience with recruiting technology, such as ATS, specifically Workday
• •Strong communication and organization skills
• •Ability to work in a global environment
• •Enthusiasm and positive experience for team members
• •Demonstrated customer and candidate management abilities
• •Ability to prepare and deliver information on a consultative level
• •Attention to service time sensitive support for global team members

Tasks

• •Guide and coordinate regular-hire hiring process activities
• •Prepare employment contracts and pre-hire administration
• •Support Works Council activities related to Talent Acquisition
• •Analyze inquiries from global partners and provide guidance
• •Initiate and facilitate background checks
• •Ensure compliance with legal guidelines for adjudication
• •Audit talent acquisition processes for adherence and communication
• •Advise Talent Acquisition and HR peers on processes and protocols
• •Participate in projects for efficiency and process improvement
• •Perform audits to ensure compliance with business needs and regulations
• •Identify recruitment process gaps and suggest improvements
