Requirements
- Fluency in German and English

Tasks

- Initiate and facilitate background checks
- Ensure compliance with legal guidelines for adjudication
- Audit talent acquisition processes for adherence and communication
- Advise Talent Acquisition and HR peers on processes and protocols
- Participate in projects for efficiency and process improvement
- Perform audits to ensure compliance with business needs and regulations
- Identify recruitment process gaps and suggest improvements
