Talent Acquisition Manager (Interim)(m/w/x)
Leading end-to-end hiring for a global services provider, expanding into Germany. Significant full-cycle TA experience in global, fast-paced environments required. International scope, cross-country hiring focus.
Requirements
- Significant full-cycle TA experience in global, fast-paced environments
- Multilingual capability (English & Dutch essential; German strong advantage)
- Advanced sourcing capability (digital and market-specific tools)
- Strong interviewing, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience using data and metrics for decision-making
- Confident management of multiple stakeholders and requisitions
- Comfort in transformation-led, ambiguous environments with proactive mindset
- Strong collaboration skills (teams, hiring managers, CR Business Partners)
- Workday experience (highly desirable)
- Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong PC skills (MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, online research tools)
Tasks
- Lead end-to-end hiring in the Netherlands and Belgium.
- Extend hiring to Germany based on language skills.
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders.
- Craft data-driven insights for the business.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
- Deliver an exceptional hiring manager experience.
- Advise hiring teams, senior management, and departmental heads.
- Influence decisions with insight and expertise.
- Manage the full talent acquisition lifecycle.
- Conduct candidate briefing, sourcing, and screening.
- Perform candidate interviewing and feedback management.
- Oversee offer management processes.
- Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing.
- Utilize employer branding and social channels.
- Leverage referrals and internal mobility.
- Partner with Head of TA to transform data into action.
- Create insights to shape TA strategy and priorities.
- Champion internal mobility within the company.
- Support colleague development initiatives.
- Lead regional TA initiatives, including referral programs.
- Manage other hiring projects across the region.
- Collaborate with CR and business leadership.
- Shape recruitment approaches aligned to strategy.
- Support DE&I goals by ensuring diverse shortlists.
- Ensure balanced shortlists for all roles.
- Ensure quality, pace, and stakeholder care in hiring.
- Perform other duties as required by senior management.
